Bear sighting in Port Chester?

I heard on News 12 on Friday that a bear was sighted in Port Chester. Any more details on this?

My cousin lives on the street the bear was seen on, however he didn't see it himself. (That would be Haines Blvd.) It doesnt suprise me, however Purchase not too far away did have to get one out of a tree over the summer with TL 53.

So what was the story here? Was there a bear? Did it eat anyone or just scare a few people? lol.

According to the news the bear was sighted, and then was GOA when the PD got there.
