Weehawken, NJ Fire: North Hudson Regional?

I thought North Hudson Regional consisted of all fire equipment from from it's participating municipalities.

Saw in the posting that North Bergen responded with it's own rigs. Is North Regional just a supplement to exisiting fire companies?

And did they have to create a separate taxing district for the newly formed regional fire organization???

If memory serves me right. North Hudson is all one department. When they were first formed the rigs were all from the departments that merged.

They are all Merged into 1 dept North Bergen Weehawken Union City West NewYork & Guttunberg With Shops Located In North Bergen
