  7. One good thing with PD in the City is you have the DCSO, City PD and MTAPD that all can respond to an emergency. MTA Police have really stepped up lately and have helped towns out when things get busy. I'm hearing them more and more on DC Police Channel 1. They're an asset that I think many police agencies have forgot about. They can respond anywhere in the county if needed, their Jurisdiction is Manhattan County, Suffolk County, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, Richmond, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Rockland and Orange counties. In Connecticut, Fairfield & New Haven Counties.
  8. Now requesting 39-17 to relocate to Lake Carmel
  9. Exactly, take Millbrook for example, with their equipment tied up at their brush fire, and MA to LaGrange if they had a structure fire during the call, they would have been SOL. But you see, they didnt take all of Union Vales equipment, when its closest, but they pulled from East Clinton, Beekman, East Fishkill, Pawling etc. I can say this is the first time ive heard 45 go M/A to 47
  10. There were alot of departments there, it was a large operation

  18. I wouldn't of wasted my time with HV, but in terms of Alamo, they're hiring tons of people for their dutchess expansion, so if you haven't applied yet, that looks promising.
  19. TransCare is hiring Alamo is hiring Hudson Valley is hiring NDP is laying off
  20. I was driving down Route 22 once, right thru beside the traintracks and when we got to the wooded area I head alot of snapping, So when i got clearly out of the area I pulled over and found about a dozen paintball hits to the car
  21. I have to agree here with x635 in regards to the Fox News channel. That's how the whole network is run, Republican news channel, I mean, Fox News channel always used these tactics to skew situations unfairly. They realize they're falling behind in the ratings, I believe WNBC-TV was ahead again, and especially with the launch of their re-branding NBC New York Locals Only, and their new sub channel New York Non Stop. Fox is just falling behind. In regards to them going to confront the ambulance driver, that was totally unfair. The reporter had her own agenda and that was to defame his character, after something like that, i don't know if i'd want to continue doing that. I realize he shouldn't of been smoking in the ambulance, but the whole situation could have been handled with alot more respect for the ambulance crew.
  22. True! But i was talking about when i get my check when i win the Mega Millions jackpot
  23. I dont know x129, i like the idea of no one going through my mailbox. Although mail theft isnt to big now, i wouldnt want a check stolen out of my mailbox
  24. That's a neat little service. It's cool they have the Small Business feature too.
