Just found these pictures on my computer.
I got on scene about 20 minutes after the call went out. If I remember correctly I believe this was an underground electrical fire. There was smoke coming from all the manhole covers in the complex.
In these pictures there are:
Peekskill Fire: Engine 131, Rescue 134, TL45, Car 2341
Peekskill VAC: 75B3, Rehab 7506, Do not remember which medic car was with the ambulances.
Mohegan Fire: Mohegan's FASTeam from their Engine 255 are also in these photos.
Buchanan Fire: car 2551, U12.

OVAC 74A1 responded due to 36M1 being on a Croton call going to WMC via 55B1.
2nd Call in Croton, 34M1 (Yorktown) dispatched w/ 55B2.
PFD 2343, E131, TL45 handled a CO investigation at same time.
