No NRFD does not have a rescue on order, however we are seeking approval to go to bid for a Tandem Axle Heavy Rescue in FY07, this will replace our current 1991 Pierce, Rescue 4.

Engine 24: 1994 Sutphen East 1500 GPM pumper, OOS January 10, unit will remain OOS for interior, body repair and full service. Expected to return to service as 3rd reserve pumper in fleet sometime in February. 2005 ALF Eagle 1500 gpm Stainless Steel pumper delived January 9th and expected to go into service by weeks end.

Applicants must be a New Rochelle resident prior to announcement of application period to be concidered for employment.

Station - 1 Harrison St. has 2 poles and Station - 2 Webster Ave. has 1.
