  1. It's very coincidental that Tom Sutphen passed away last year, and now they are coming out with a rear mount. I have always heard that Tom Sutphen always held by his belief that a mid mount was far superior. But it now looks like the Seagrave Meanstick and other have some more competition.
  2. So it's like diesel vs gasoline?
  3. How much does the Westchester Police Academy charge agencies per student? And if you take the Westchester County PD Towns and Villages test, you have a better shot if you go through NYPD first?

  5. Is that fire station even still open or staffed?
  6. My department has a Sutphen Tower that is about the same age, and looks about the same model. I'd like to know more about this issue. Is it a department thing or Sutphen thing? Anything we should be watching out for?
  7. That's a tiny car. It can't have that big of a fuel tank. I wonder why the fire was so stubborn? Excuse my ignorance, but what's that?
  8. Can't wait to see what 2016 holds.
  9. A true innovator. The hose industry has suffered a tremendous loss. RIP.
  10. He's not holding back and is a bit out of line. I can see his frustration though. LETTER: http://www.delmarvanow.com/story/opinion/2015/11/30/letter-conley/76581374/
  11. So they are a volunteer fire agency that does EMS first response? That's dedication! Are their members EMT's?
  12. Can you bill these facilities like 226 Linda or get them to contract with a private ambulance service? Does North White Plains FD have an ambulance? I don't see it on their website. I monitor Westchester and I hear them dispatched to EMS and the Engine respond but they are a volunteer department right?
  13. Cool shots. Looks like a great knockdown and great positioning, showed these photos to my class. How does the Police Department EMS work? I don't ever think I've seen that? Is it Officers, or civilians?
