Those Combination departments will have anywhere from 12 to 60/70+ Career FF's. The turn-over with retirements and hiring could be once every 3-4-5+ years. No, the site on Summit is exactly used as Stench60 said. ALL 46.26 transmissions come off the " PORT CHESTER " tower which is behind Station 4 PCFD due to the fact that the county now dispatches PCFD & RBFD. Rye is also now dispatched off the Port Chester tower all the time not Wing Foot.

tom0 I think what the issue is, if you talk about total pieces of apparatus Yonkers should have the most (out of career, combination, or volunteer departments if you lump everybody together ) You could do county-wide and then sub-catagories. The same could go for runs, personel, square miles, etc.

Yes, police cars are often in the way of both the truck and the engine. Sometimes a stray Chief's car can impede the placement of apparatus also. [-X
