Description:At about 4:07 this morning, Village Police responded to a 911 call of an active structure fire.
Responding patrols observed smoke coming from the windows of the residence and attempted to put it out with fire extinguishers but were unsuccessful. The Goshen Fire Department responded and were able to quickly contain the fire. Upon entry, Mills was found deceased in her bedroom
