Elmsford PD Switches To Black And White

I have learned this week that Elmsford PD has switched to a black-and-white cruiser scheme with the delivery of their newest 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor.

One of the main reasons this was done was to differentiate their cars from the similar, neighboring Greenburgh PD units.

If anyone has good photos of the new car, please send them in to EMTBravo.com. Until then, me and my camera will be on the lookout.

Alot of Mass. cars also have the black and white with very very similar graffics. It's a kit.
