Out of curiosity, when did Rescue 5 get put out of service, also which station did it run out of?

Great Video - Saw the Old Rescue 5 (Brockway). I thought that R5 was "put out to pasture" and EFD choose not to replace it? Also, in the opening credits, reference was made to Engine 28 and Ladder 15. I thought that E28 was decommissoned a few years back (used to run out of the Tuckahoe Station) and Ladder 15 was a spare (i believe that it is stored at the Bronxville Station). Am I correct or are they both back in front line service?

that is excellent! well done!

I think I was able to pick out some of the jobs in there are 255 Dante Ave, The other Dante one from this year, Ace Nails on Mill Road from this year, Oakridge, 67 Tuckahoe Ave, and Willow Road. Am I right?

No. Engine 27 is a rescue pumper. Engine 30 also carries a Hurst tool.

It looks like L16 has a tight pull out of Station 2.

Great video, it's always nice working with you guys on the other end of the radio!

Be safe.

Why Was Rescue 5 Disbanded back in the 1990's? With as large of a cover area that Eastchester is (Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville) a Rescue Company makes sense?

Just curious how many calls does Eastchester do a year, they look like their pretty busy in the video and how do they work out staffing is it fully career or combination?

By the way it was a good video.
