relocates: To Mount Kisco (Green St. Station) E146 Chappaqua and L41 Ossining (in lieu of Pleasantville)

To Katonah FD 2041 and E110 Bedford FD later replaced by Armonk 2021 and E286

To Bedford Hills FD 2021 and E286, replaced when they went to Katonah by E198 from Bedford Hills upon release from fire scene.

***Sounds like they just advised that the re-kindle is now under control!

Check out www.ifco13.com for a few pictures of Mount Kisco's 2nd Alarm Fire from 1/28/08...

As for the Re-Kindle:

As common practice, the fire department removed from the building all the burnt and smoldering contents, which was mostly burnt furniture, since it was an antique shop. Well it turns out that the guys, who boarded up the building, either decided to, or were told to put all the burnt contents back in the building. So can you guess what the fire department found burning in the building when they were called back for the re-kindle?

At the Kisco fire on Monday there were a couple of guys walking around with blue jackets with Westchester OEM on the back, just wondering what their duties at a fire scene are.
