Fox News (NY affiliate) is reporting a weather-related fire at which a firefighter was killed in the line of duty, reported to have collapsed during the operation. FF Raymond Barrett of the West Milford Fire Dept died while fighting an apparent kitchen fire. According to Firehouse.com, the man was a decorated Viet Nam veteran. Condolences to the family of the fallen brother.
