String of fires in Poughkeepsie?

7 posts in this topic

Even though some (at least one) determined to be accidental, isn't it weird to have a string of multiple alarm fires this close in this area in this short a timespan?

Friday Night/Saturday AM - April 23/24

Fairview x2 @ HRPC (2nd Alarm)

Saturday Night/Sunday AM - April 24/25

Fairview @ Deli (2nd Alarm)

Sunday Afternoon/Evening - April 25

Fire happens. Everyone has there moments when they are busy. I think it was about 10 years ago there was a dept down south that ran a lot of fires, some even twice, and it was just dumb luck.

Fire happens everyday. All the fires were put out quickly and that is great. Us as firemen and firewoman do a great job. Keep up the good work boys and girls and stay safe. I am proud of everyone from Deputy Chief to Probie, including EMS and DC 911 and City 911. GREAT JOB!!!
