Prison is too good for this man. His selfish actions have robbed a family of a happy future they will now never know.

The fact of the matter is that this pig is a murderer. Instead of using a gun, he used fire. These guys need to be charged with 1st degree murder and the prosecutor should be seeking nothing less than the death penalty.

Our country continues to bring butter knives to fights where our enemies are bringing everything under the sun that is more deadly. Let our soldiers, cops, firefighters, prosecutors, EMS workers, and any other individual charged with protecting our country and the lives of its citizens and guests act in a manor that doesn't create the fear of political or legal reprisal.

This guy got off easy and is going to get three squares a day for 20 years... Legal insanity at its best.

The only silver lining in this is hopefully the P.O.S. gets prison raped!

Glad the guy got 20, but he should have gotten more. If NY has a captial felony murder statute, why wasn't he charged with it? Arson is a felony, someone died in the course of the felony, with a cap felony statute that would be first degree murder.
