Buchanan in Westchester county has a similar size truck. The proportions look strange, I believe the building it is housed in dictated the size of the vehicle, the former vehicle was a breadtruck. Seee below for a picture

Tight Quarters. Rescue 905 was designed to fit the station. Full sized cab was opted for carrying crew. Note, their other units are commercial 2 door cabs.
