Probably a stupid question but...

How do I change the picture that is visible on my profile? This is not the Avatar...the Avatar is the picture available when you comment or create threads or write I/As...Im trying to change the profile page picture.

Still do not see the "Change Photo" option... I only see Change: Profile, avatar, about me, signature, ignored users, facebook connect, twitter connect, profile customization. I checked those and do not see the change photo option in them either.
