Looking at this again, MV Guys- What store(s) on 4th avenue was this? Was this on left side on S.4th Ave headed to E. 2nd st?

I was working this nite, I believe we sent E-313, L-73(had spare TL) and Batt-2 over...

i believe thats west 1st between s4th ave&s 5th ave henry campbell was chief at that time
