1209 - BG Medic 491 advising of heavy smoke showing, advise fire department.

1213 - 2nd Alarm of Fire dispatched for a fire in a 3 story commercial type structure.

1224 - Washingtonville Command request 3rd Alarm.

1230 - 1 Firefighter going ALS to Cornwall Hospital.

1231 - Woodbury FD dispatched for a 2nd FAST team, and 1 Engine for S/B in Monroe FD.

1235 - Vails Gate FD R-480 on scene.
