Rural Metro in Westchester County?

The past few weeks I have seen quite a few rural metro ambulances throughout the county. From what I understood they don't have a presence in westchester? Can anyone else confirm that?

They do not have an operating cert for Westchester. That still allows them to begin or end a transport in Westchester as long as the other end is in a region they have a cert for.
