Trailer (OEM/FEMA) at NRFD Station #5

Hi all,

I was driving past the New Rochelle Fire Department Station #5 today and out of the corner of my eye I saw a white trailer with the lettering (that I saw) "New Rochelle OEM" and I think "... FEMA".

Does anyone know what is inside of the trailer?
