Proposed 2013 Poughkeepsie budget to include 18 Layoffs

And to confrim - the PD DID lose positions, but those that are currently vacant, so no officers were physicall laid off. I am not sure about the FD.

The PD is losing 5 civillian employees.

I stand corrected.

While technically, no dispatchers are being laid off, they have cut the one open position.

No one is safe.
