NEW ROCHELLE — While the ancient Jews were running low on oil, it’s safe to say they didn’t encounter this kind of trouble lighting their menorah.

A rabbi and a Con Ed worker were stranded in a bucket truck Sunday night about 20 feet in the air as they attempted to light an oversized electric menorah.
