Description: Car left the roadway and overturned, submeged in the water approx 4 ft deep in Jamaica Bay near JFK at the address above. 1 female pinned, 1 DOA, 2 other occupants with minor injuries, 2 occupants self-extricated and fled the scene. IC requested additional units for a water rescue. MERV 4 special call, Divers searched the water around the car for potential additional victims. 6 firefighters transported to hospital for hypothermia, several members rehabbed on scene. Driver taken into custody by NYPD and charged with DWI.
