Westchester County EMT civil service test

I recently noticed that Westchester County has a continuous recruitment exam for EMTs. Does anyone know who hires off this list? And do they actively hire from the list or is this just one agency that's looking to hire a part time/ per diem EMT every other year?

I believe that's for Greenburgh PD/EMS

I don't think so isn't Greenberg EMS all police officers. If that's the case it would not be open to the public. You would have to be a police officer frist.

Greenburgh has EMTs and Paramedics that are not police officers

It's for Greenburgh EMS. I worked there.

Greenburgh has both civilian and sworn EMT's and paramedics. It isn't just one or the other.
