It is with incredible sadness that the Fairview Fire Department shares the news that Retired Deputy Chief Barry Matthews has passed away. He was an outstanding firefighter, a dedicated fire officer, and truly a great friend. He will be missed.

He was a great guy. Amongst many other things and activities, some may know him from his diecast business, "Westchester Collectibles". He found Fairview FD's retired Ahrens-Fox in California, and led the movement and brought it back to Fairview. He also was an active member of this site since the inception.  RIP dc2t.

Seth,

If you can post the funeral arrangements, I, along with others, will really appreciate it.
