This Friday and Saturday the FDMV will hold it annual MDA boot drive from 9am to 5pm both days. This year we will split the proceeds with the hurricane relief fund. It will be on the corner of Broad St. and Fleetwood Ave. in Fleetwood. This is right off the Cross County Exit 7 by the playground. If you are in the area and can spare a buck drive on by and say hi. Thanks to all.

Eddie what did the town police chief contribute before shutting you down we had no problem with the PD matter of fact a trooper came by and put money in the boot we worked with the light cycles and it wasnt a problem.

The only thing that he contrubuted was us not collecting more money for the Relief fund. I just don't understand it. Every other dept had their drive on the main road but we must keep the roads clear. Yes i am sure that some people complained but hey deal with it.

And I would have expected The Chief of Police to maybe be out there or have a few cars out there so that he would be in control just in case anything happened.

BAD FORM!!

But hey we did it on the main road for aslong as possiable and we contributed.

Time to go pay a visit to your Town Supervisor or put it in the news paper that will make the police chief look extremely bad. We had no problem with our matter of fact people as they gave said thankyou for what we were doing.

Ardsley raised 13,000 in 5 hours and may have someone to match it. We will be at it again the week after the peekskill parade as directed by the county.

Between the Peekskill, Buchanan, Montrose & Verplanck FD's, close to $25,000 was made between Friday & Saturday! The Cortlandt & Peekskill ambulance corps. were set to hold drives today. I will try and find out how well they did.
