Has yonkers FD ever run EMS in the city? Secondly, in such a large city why don't they? Is there really that much cost savings?

Honestly why doesn't Yonkers FD take over ems from empress?

Did anyone catch last night's episode? Since it's "unchartered territory", they didn't have fire coverage and had to sit back and watch a tractor trailer burn. Seemed a bit weird to me. They had their own engine to put out hot spots.

What if extrication was needed or something else EMS related? I mean, they had PD coverage. Anybody from Canada know?

Lifting would probably be your best bet to gain some mass. I have been lifting for 4 years with no supplements and have gained a decent amount of mass, but not too much for my frame.(you don't want to be too big for your body).I like to stay away from supplements as they are pumped full of crappy chemicals. DRINK WATER, its your best friend and your body needs alot of it. Try to drink a gallon a day, you will lose weight doing just this alone. Do 1 hour of cardio and 30 mins of lifting 4 days a week followed by one day of just cardio and then 2 days of rest. I have a friend who lost alot of weight and put on some mass doing this exact plan, again everyone is different but its worth a try. PS its a long term process, don't give up after a month if you don't see huge results. Rome wasn't built in one day. Feel free to message me about more specific stuff

What if the county was to take over all ambulance services in the county(obviously not commercial) and strategically place stations and ambulances throughout? Have a county wide EMD Could it work? Would anyone want it to work? Could the county handle such a task?

Its a place of business. The particular business is to protect and serve the people of a town and or city. Do these folks drink at their place of paid employment? I'm betting not, so why is this any different? What amazes me about volunteers, (not all of them) is the fact that they will argue to the death that they are of the same quality and held to the same professional standards as Career firemen yet they go around pulling crap like this. Its pathetic and it truly does separate the REAL firemen from the boys.
