I was invited to attend the Live Burn held by Carmel Fire Department, today, 10/21/12.
I got some shots, figured I'd share them. All departments involved (North Highlands, Carmel, Somers, Carmel EMS, TransCare EMS) did a great job.

If I recall correctly, wasn't there a "Firehouse Grill" off of Rt 100 in Somers? (By Bria) It was next to the Mexican Shack, and has recently closed it's doors.. Is there any connection?

This past weekend we had the honor to ride these Tuckahoe PD MC unit folks around on our boat around the Hudson for a bit. More info about the boat: www.launch5.com
Det. Fred Cioffi (Last person on the right) while on duty in 2009 was struck by a tractor trailer and seriously injured, Det Cioffi has had 6 major surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years and will have another surgery this coming week, the amount of pain and suffering Det Cioffi has endured is overwhelming. Please keep Det Cioffi in your prayers this week. Det Cioffi has been a very pro-active impressive member of the Tuckahoe Police Dept. It was a GREAT honor to have Det Cioffi and the members of Tuckahoe Police Motorcycle Unit on Launch 5. The level of professionalism, pride and dedication of the of these Police Officers to the people of Tuckahoe and the State Of New York reflects on the entire Tuckahoe Police Force.
(The man driving is also apart of the Tuckahoe PD MC unit.)
Any questions feel free to ask, again it was an honor to have all of them on the boat, hope to see him up and riding again soon.

We just launched a new website, the first in a long line of steps for us to join the 21st Century. Take a look, let me know what you think and I'll pass any suggestions along to our people.
Lookin' good. Nice design. Good luck with it.
