I saw on a county photo site that there 2010 Tahoe is now U-56 and there 2008 Tahoe is Car 2233 to me it would make sense to have there older car as a utilityTown of Mamaroneck FD is receiving a new 2015/16 (not sure which year) Chevy Tahoe to be Car 2231, it should be in service within a week or two.

From wheat I heard the head gasket went and it needs a new motor but im not totally sure

City of Peekskill approved a bond to replace Engine 131 I don't know the specs or who was awarded the contract but its a step in the rite direction *long overdue*

I'm just going by what the site said Car 2443 is being rep!aced by a 2016 Chevy Tahoe

Its stated on Westchester county fire apparatus website that Car 2443 is being replaced I'm guessing by this unit

No I'm saying everytime theres a incident and something doesn't go peoples way everyone is second guessing and yes the resources were called in and it was handled so move on to the next time something goes wrong then we will have this problem of second guessing again.

I agree what's the problem what's done is done beford wasn't called I'm sure the IC had a reason for It maybe people should ask the IC of the fire why the choice was made before second guessingThere is nothing constructive about this thread . The resources needed were called , the fire was put out . What is the problem?
