Nope...I dont golf....but I just aquired a golf cart...looking for advice/parts.

I need just ONE battery to see if it all runs....but I am having a hard time spending $100 "just to see" All of the courses around here are either gas carts or lease and hav a maintenance plan!

Thats what I am after...but aint spending 10 grand! I am making the "Welfare Baby Buggy"!

And I dont even golf!

Actually there is quite of bit of woods in the City of Poughkeepsie - alot of Vassar Farms, soem property along Route 9, etc.... I kinda like sending a Ladder to brush fires though!

How many people have stopped going to "nusiance calls" because of gas prices? Extinguish controlled burns, persistant AFA's, minor MVA's, etc?

NOPE! Not in my driveway at least! I bought a big truck for a reason.... I love my Tahoe - but with 2 kids and 2 hobbies - I still need more room. Soneday I'll be looking for a Suburban or an Excursion. Then I'll have to lift it and throw some decent rubber under it.......
