Units Operating: [bedford Hills FD: 2031 (IC), 2032 (Ops), 2033 (LZ), E199, R10, T5 (LZ)], [KBHVAC: 65B1, 65B2, 65B3, 65-12], [bedford FD: 52B1], [WEMS: 45M1, 45M2, 45M3], [sTAT Flight: Air 2], [bedford PD: Car 32], NYSP, NYSDOT

Description Of Incident: 1 Car MVA Rollover with "Heavy Extrication" per LT O/S. 3 Patients all ALS to WMC.

1116hrs: 60 Control dispatched KBHVAC, 45M1, E199, and R10 to mm 15.2 for a MVA rollover with possible extrication

1117hrs: 45M2 responding to back 45M1

1118hrs: 2031 responding

1119hrs: 2032 responidng

1120hrs: 60 Control reports off-duty PD on scene with 1 victim out of car, 2nd victim "heavily entangled" in vehicle

1120hrs: 2031 requeting availablity on Medevac

1121hrs: Bedford PD car 32 responding to 684

1122hrs: KBHVAC dispatched for second ambulance to respond

1123hrs: 2031 on location, accident is in left center median

1123hrs: 60 Control reports Stat flight is on auto launch

1123hrs: 2031 reports 1 pt. unconscious, requesting “The Bird”

1124hrs: 2032 requesting T5 for LZ, requesting retone

1124hrs: E199 responding

1125hrs: 65B3 on scene

1126hrs: 60 Control reports 13min ETA on STAT Flight

1130hrs: 2031 requesting retone for rescue and tanker, dispatched

1130hrs: R10 responding, to block traffic per 2031

1130hrs: 2033 on scene, 2032 is Ops

1131hrs: E199 on scene

1135hrs: 2033 setting up LZ just south of accident

1138hrs: IC requesting 3rd Medic and Bus to scene

1140hrs: Air 2 inbound with 3 min ETA

1140hrs: IC reporting extended operations

1144hrs: 65B3 transporting 2 patients ALS to WMC with 45M2

1147hrs: 65-12 requesting 65B2 to scene, Dispatched

1147hrs: Air 2 on ground

1149hrs: 65B2 responding, advised 684 is shutdown heavy traffic

1151hrs: 60 Control advising 65B2 to go north on Rt. 172, unknown what may be best

1154hrs: 2031 requesting Katonah engine to go on standby for BHFD in own HQ, dispatched

1158hrs: Bat 16 requested to landline

1200hrs: 52B1, 65B2 on scene

1203hrs: 65B3 out at WMC

1214hrs: 52B1 at NWH with 45M3

1221hrs: 2031 reports pt. extricated in care of EMS

1228hrs: 65B2 & 65B3 back in service per 65-12

1240hrs: 2031 releasing Katonah engine from standby

1244hrs: Bedford PD clear from scene, enroute to station

1249hrs: 52B1 back in service, driving medic to flycar at KBHVAC

1259hrs: 45M3 back in service

1301hrs: 65B3 leaving WMC, back in service, 45M2 on board

1305hrs: 45M1 back in service

1306hrs: 2031 reports all BHFD units clear of 684
