Your '06 Travel Aspirations

As many of you are well aware, I LOVE to travel. Although my 2006 travel plans will be less then normal, due to a new job and limited funds due to an anticipated home purchase, I still have some 2006 travel goals. Some are repeat destinations (marked by a * ) and some are brand new to me.

My 2006 Travel Goals (in no particular order):

Los Angeles, CA*

San Francisco,Ca

Austin, TX (jetBlue starts flying there soon, and got some points I can use!)

Colorado

Chicago

Europe

Boston*

And maybe some suprises thrown in along the way.

Well.....untill I broke my ankle, I had plans to go on a few trips this Spring including the FDIC and Montour Falls and possibly Florida. Hopefully I will be able to attend the Chiefs show at Lake George. My big trip is in July with the family to go visit relatives in California with a possible visit to Las Vegas

then to Aruba in nov

LA in the next few months for the LA County dispatchers test.

Hawaii for my honeymoon.

Baltimore for the expo.

Maybe some other buffing trips, but not sure.

Well, I'd LOVE to be able to hit LA for Code 3 day (or whatever they're gonna call it this year) with a couple of trips to Baltimore in between, but given my nearly non-existent funds, it'll probably just be limited to the usual collection of North Jersey wetdowns and maybe a parade or two in Long Island.

Since my moms cancer scare is over, My wife and I and my Sister are planning a family trip to Disney with my family my sisters family and mom. This was a trip my mom wanted to give me and my sister when we were kids and was unable to do it, But now we can do it for her so off to Disney for the whole family. Also if anyone has any good ideas of where to stay there and how to find out if they give discunts to FF's please let me know.
