Many serious trauma patients from the southern part of Yonkers, get transported to Jacobi. Also, rumor has it that Empress is trying to get the Montefiore 911 contract.

A Hunter Ambulance has been involved in a serious MVA on the Southern State Parkway in West Hempstead, Nassau County. 1 MOS & 1 patient have been pronounced DOA by NCPD EMS & NYSP.

I really think a lot of it has to do with you only using an antenna inside, in addition, the materials your building is made of may be killing the signal. What about putting an antenna outside of the window? Maybe rig up a metal plate and put a magnetic mobile antenna on it?

The Cornwall Ambulance Board of Directors is requesting resumes for the position of "Paramedic Division Coordinator" to oversee our paramedic upgrade process and future program. Applicants must be a NYS Paramedic that is credentialed in the Hudson Valley Region.
Applicants are asked to send resumes and questions to Michael Bigg, Vice President at mbigg01@gmail.com.
Interviews will be scheduled for May.

National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week 2016 will be, April 10-16. I hope that all Telecommunicators/Dispatchers get the recognition that they deserve during this time. We often get overlooked or forgotten about. Remember, we are the FIRST 1st Responders.

It would be nice if they did NYC. There has not been anything in NYC since COPS did a few episodes back when NYPD was wearing light blue shirts
