  1. 1044 is not a bad choice. Comfortable. I use that with my second set behind the old N5A. N5A is always a good choice if you want to spend a good bit.

  7. The Pleasant Valley Fire Department will be having a day of fundraisers on September 24th. From 9am-12pm there will a Car Wash and Bake Sale at Pleasant Valley Fire Department Station 1 (1619 Main St Pleasant Valley NY 12569). From 4:30pm-7:30 there will be a Spaghetti Dinner at Pleasant Valley Fire Department Station 2 (30 Cottage St Salt Point NY 12578). $8 for Adults and $5 for Children under 12.   21. Dan, These sets of apts are just east of the old "Mackeys East" in between Brown rd and Rossway rd. They are recently refurbed apts. They have been called Zani Garden Apts, Palmer Apts and Pleasant Valley Apts. Not sure what they are going by now. I believe the apts you are thinking of are the "Deer Crest Apts" before Tinkertown.
