Stamford FD's first call of the year was an EMS run for E-5 shortly after midnight. My companies (R-1) first run was a very lengthy and complex elevator emergency involving 16 highly intoxicated trapped occupants one of which was unconscious with the elevator stuck between floors and the adjacent elevator not functioning either around 2:30 am.
