I noticed in the events listing that Ossining is on August 8th....According to Ossining's website, it's August 3rd. Can someone confirm/deny? Thanks. Ossining was GREAT fun last year. smile.gif

Once more.... (because I have miles to drive to get there and ideally will be meeting someone), it will be 1900? Oh and is the route still along 133? Thanks!

-Joe DA BUFF, who appreciates everyone answering his repeated inquires!

Unfortunately my fire dept isn't participating in the Ossining parade this year, but I would like to go meet some friends there. Can anyone tell me the route. Where does it start and where does it end. Thanks so much......

Best place to view?

To be honest the entire route is good to watch .

But the reviewing stand is on Main Street near the Post Office.

Route 133 has some parking lots with spots to watch.

:D

Correction: Somewhere slightly elevated and historically less crowded preferably around a turn. With local parking...

Montrose took Best Over All

I think Chelsea H&L took second best

Putnam Valley FD took Best Tanker and Best Non-Reg under 15 in line

Putnam Valley Vac took Best appearing ambulance

Hearing was difficult down there as there was no PA system so I can't say what happened with the rest of the trophies.
