It is made by the Pierce dealer, Firematic Supply/Firematic Manufacturing in house. Pierce's are built in Wisconsin and Florida.

Thanks for the AWESOME photos!! I love that new Velocity Rescue Pumer...who's that going to?

Also, from the fabrication photos, that's some fine craftsmanship. Very neat and clean. No wonder why there B.R.A.T line is so sucessful.

Thanks again for sharing the photos!

Seth, not sure where the Velocity was going, it may have been Valley Stream

The workmanship that Firematic puts into the B.R.A.T is excellent, we can't wait for ours to start being constructed, looks like our chassis won't be in until the end of June first part of July :( .

The Velocity is going to Valley Stream (my old dept.) . It isn't a Rescue Pumper it is one of Pierce's P.U.C. configurations.

The P.U.C has a much different pump configeration then the rig that is pictured here, the P.U.C. pump is actually mounted under the cab, this rig had the traditional type both side pump layout, I don't believe it is a P.U.C.

We can't wait for it, we originally figured it would be in service by March but their was some delays on the District's part so it looks more like end of August. We went down this week because we have alot of changes after the first visit so we all wanted to be on the same page before any metal was cut.

With the foam and porta CAFS unit and the rugged off road package it should serve the back country areas of Wassaic very well plus give Battalion 4 another unique resource for the Batt 4 departments.
