HAMDEN — About 30 years ago, the older guys at the Circular Avenue firehouse told a novice not to get used to the run-down station because it was going to be replaced.

I drove by that station today, then went on Hamden Fire's website to read up on it. I was thinking the same they were. and its true, they are not alone

As a resident of Hamden/student of Quinnipiac University, as well FFFord, I hope the FF's of Station 2 get a new house. The guys of the Hamden FD are a very professional group. I have seen them in action, and they are a well trained group of guys, work efficiently, and are very courteous. I wish them the best of luck.
