TL20 is now in service. I believe it took it's first run today.

Will this replace the Sutphen tractor drawn tiller?

No, the tiller will become Ladder 21 and the new tower will become Tower Ladder 20. Originally, up until 2008, Ladder 21 was a 1976 Seagrave 100' stick, and the tiller was Ladder 20.
