More Westchester Apparatus

Spent my Father's Day rephotographing a few apparatus that I never photographed in digital in New Rochelle.

Awesome.

Did Mount Vernon go out to bid on new apparatus? I know it was talked about that those appratus were only temporary and become spares at one point.

Also, looks like E-23 got a new lightbar.

Looking forward to seeing more "jjpinto goes digital"!
