Yes a terrific example of Mutual Aid working and working very well.

Yonkers fire companies were dispatched and arrived first to help fight a fire on the second floor of a wooden structure located at 471 South 5th Avenue. Officials said Yonkers companies rescued a woman from her second floor apartment. She was transported to Jacobi Medical Center and is in good condition. News link

Just so long as a Yonkers life isn't lost due to one of those Companies being on M/A.. I'd be pretty pissed off if I lost a family member cause one of the 1st due fire companies was in another municipality who constantly abuses the s*** out of the Policy and works with a skeleton crew to cut down on OT!. BTW kudos to YFD for the grab and a great stop!
