  1. Fire inside of a basement apartment, located at #189 Drake Avenue, in the rear. NRFD responded and quickly knocked down the fire. Fire broke out at the exact same time that NRPD was attempting to locate an armed EDP in a private residence directly adjacent to the fire location - was thought that the fire may possibly have been related, or set by the EDP, but it was a seperate incident.

    1047 - PD unit requesting a rush on Empress, the victim is shot in the chest.

    1048 - Units on scene report that the shooting occurred inside the laudromat at 153 Willow Street, the victim staggered out and collapsed in front of 170 Willow Street.

    - At approx 2100 hrs a structure fire was reported on Horton Avenue, between Brook Street & North Avenue. Structure was a 3 story wood frame building, fully engulfed. NRFD responded and knocked down the the fire in about half an hour. No occupants or injuries reported inside the dwelling.
