No problem at all, I appreciate you taking the time to post the photos. I hope to get some photos of my own of the rig one day, one of my personal favorite, along with your brush truck. What's the status of your new ambulance? Hope all is going well with that.

Just so you know, the rig it replaced is not seen in those photos. The engine next to it is new and still in service. Just wanted to clear things up.

The amber lights on the mirrors come on with the parking lights, Brendan honestly it's been a long three years on this build and I cannot wait until it is delivered in a few weeks, thanks for the kind words and the posts, they're much appreciated.

Took a few photos today, delivery in less than 10 days.
Brought down the air chisel tool and chain saw box for mounting and seeing how the new tarps/salvage covers fit, we actually changed the location of the covers to be in the front passenger's side compartment with the PPV fan, there will on a shelf under the peg board which is shown below.
Most of the large adaptors have been mounted, brought a few more today to complete this compartment and started to label each one, I think the organization of this compartment will be a huge benefit.
A shot looking towards the front with the speed lay trays partial pulled out, top one is for dead lay forestry hose, the center one is for 2 - 2" hose and the lowest one is for 2 1/2" hose
Rear back up camera mounted and hooked up to the GPS screen which doubles as the back up camera monitor
The area to hold the 3 - 12' pieces of suction with 6" Storz fitting with long handles
The Scott TIC camera mounted and ready to go
The air primer close up
The air primer back further, it's mounted just to the right of the pump panel
Peg board in the front passenger's side upper area of the compartment, this will hold the various different electrical connections and extension cords, you can see on the side under the peg board the mounts for the tray and in earlier pictures showing the PPV fan on a slide out tray, the tray will also hold two electrical cords reels of 100' of cord.

Very nice. I like how the mirrors are lit up when the headlights are on. Seems like just yesterday you posted the very first pictures, lol.

A few sent from the shop today.
Halogen bulb headlight upgrade from standard sealed beams, what a huge difference!!!, thanks SIGNMAN for the reminder at the last visit.
Upper step at rear of Engine that we changed at the last visit to include areas for a gloved hand to be able to grab to use it to help pack hose as well as just a regular step, first photo shows step and second photo shows the grab area cutouts
Another visit this Saturday, last one prior to the final inspection, the metal was cut and bent today to construct the ladder and suction storage areas so the rear opening will not look so big in a few days (you can see the metal for this area in the foreground of the first photo of the headlights).

We do have a few red vehicles in our fleet, the Seagrave antique, the FWD (a few members own this now) and our recently purchased used Chiefs car from JHK
The Seagrave
The 1949 FWD we rescued a few years ago, the SIGNMAN and myself the day we brought her back home
