    Description:Orange County Sheriff Marine Unit and DEC Police Marine Unit was on scene of two workers on the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge that were left dangling over the river when the structure that supported them collapsed.     TOWN OF WALLKILL — A motorcyclist was injured on Route 211 in the Howells area near Top Notch Road about 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    Orange County sheriff’s deputies said the rider lost control of his bike, slammed into a guardrail, skidded onto the pavement and was struck by an oncoming car.
