[attachmentid=2498][attachmentid=2499][attachmentid=2500]Here's a pic of our new ambulance. It's a 2006 life line superliner on a E450. Tell us what you think.

That's one AWESOME looking ambulance! Not to mention it's a LifeLine body, which are built like tanks.

Which ambulance are they replacing, and what problems led them away from using the Chevrolet 4500?

I can't wait to get photos of it when I get better.

A reverse paint scheme of the current ones, but would look better in Garnet Red! (Sorry, 2163!)

Gotta agree with Steve. Maroon just dosent cut it sometimes Garnet Red is better.

(Just so everyone knows Harrison{Maroon color} and Rye{Garnet Red} are high school football rivals) biggrin.gif

Awesome colors and even more awesome is the DOT striping on the back. Best of luck with your bus.

Thanks guys for the great responses. Me personally I love the color maybe becaused I spec'd it out! I'm trying to get my boss to let me repaint our 4500's all maroon! Seth to answer your question we went away for the 4500's strictly because LINK AIR RIDE SUSPENSION! IT IS THE WORSE RIDE WE EVER HAD! after numerous CHASSIS revisions and lots of money "they won't give anything for free even if it is their fault" they still can't get it right. Other then that there have been no real major problems. I left out for you guys the back chevrons are reflective striping that we now have on all our trucks. This truck will replace our 2000 Braun slant side this is in need of a rest.

That interior pic is of a Chevy/GMC and not a Ford, correct?

i am not sure here and have never seen that bus but i am going to asume that the inside shot is of the furd. the chevy's do not have dial climate controls like in the pic, they have up and down sliding controls.
