Anyone have any idea what it will be?

It will be a Ford F550 Crew Cab with a custom mini rescue body on the back. Used for specialized extrication equipment, light tower, hazmat equipment, portable generators, and other functions. Small enough to get through tight areas in the village yet just big enough for what we need.

I mean the real fire truck color, whatever you want to call it! Lime yellow! I love Live Oak Fire Co. and all, but I really hope it goes to Elmsford Fire Co.!!

The truck will be housed at the Elmsford House. We are currently in the planning stages of adding a small bay to the fire house and it will create some additional space. The truck will be white to be neutral. Although it will be housed at EFC it will be a departmental truck, like both ambulances (Which are housed at Live Oak). Not company specific per say.

There is no secret surrounding anything concerning this rig.

The truck which will be "Utility 86" is in the process of being built through TCD in Mamaroneck.

As soon as spyshots are available, you will be the first to see them.

Does anyone know if elmsfords new U-86 is on the way, here or what? Im courious to know because I have not herd anything about it in a while and the original thread was closed regarding this topic so I had to start a new thread (sorry to anyone I angered by doing that). on a side note we just bought a new brush truck with that same ford F-550 chasis with the V-8 powerjoke. Just kidding I like fords (just not the diesel engines they put in them, nothing like a 7.3L)
