Croton Falls had 562 Alarms for 2008. December was a busy month with 59 total that month. The number 562 is combined Fire and EMS Assists. Although we are not an EMS Transport Agency, we assist North Salem VAC on most of their calls.

According to the call counter on the Lcfd website they did 234 fire calls and 572 ems calls for a total of 806 but December isn't done yet so I don't know what the total is for the whole year.

For those agencies that run fire and ems such as somers, when you respond to a PIAA is that counted as 1 run or 2 runs for both the fire response and the ems response as if it is counted as 2 I think you are double counting the run. Mahopac is another example as 1900 sounds very high to me.

Mahopac was 1081. PIAA's are counted in the EMS catagory. I don't have the fire/EMS breakdown yet.
