HAHA Chris I am not going anywheres was just looking at the differnce in pay scale! The starting pay would be a pay cut lol and plus Putnam doesn't have a cool helicopter to do ride alongs in lol

Sent out my application. This list is also for the Sheriffs office? Where would that be located out of? Albany?

No the Putnam County Sheriff's Department in Carmel, New York. I am not sure if the test covers the Carmel and Kent Police Departments also. Maybe EJS1810 would have further on that.

This test covers the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, Carmel Police, Kent Police, and the Putnam County 911 Center (fire, EMS, & PD dispatch). Also EMT's get a $2,000 stipend added to their salary.

Do they still pay additional for medic?

Yes. I believe the stipend is either $4,000 or $6,0000

Also, one of my friends did receive his number on the list
