These photos are by my great friend and very talented and knowledgable Worcester FD and Central Mass photographer Paul Shea. He's an awesome guy, and gets some awesome shots on almost a daily basis. Today, he got some truck work in Worcester. Thanks to Paul for letting me share these photos I hope.

I would like to mention that the young chief that I am referring to is actually well respected by many members of the Stamford Fire dept. It was only my own opinion of how "I" felt about such a young chief.
And let me add this. I guess another way of putting it instead of the East and West Berlin Wall is right here in our own country. When the North and South were divided and a battle was fought called "The Civil War".

Good shots! New if only there was some fire, lol.
Just for clarifications sake, that is the KO Curtain. There is a blanket, but that's different. That which you've pictured is carried by every truck company and brought by the first due roof man at all fireproof high rise fires. The blanket is much larger and carried by SOC units.

It's not so much that we "changed" to anyone. Simple dollars, low bid wins and by all accounts KME was the low bid by a lot. Lucky us.......

    Nice shots!

Gotta love the reach of BHFD's TL-57! Also like the photos of the FAS Team all equipped, geared up, and ready to go.
Sad for the people that lost all of their home, though.

Dan- they modified the ashtray into a NON REMOVABLE spit cup with a through-the-dash DRAIN. When you flick the high-beams three times it flushes with wind-shield wiper resevolir fluid.
