I have a 2000 Expedition that was recalled, it took about 10 minutes to fix. The only problem was I had to make two trips to the dealership, one for them to disconnect the switch, and the second to install the new one once they got the parts in. Like I said 10 minutes total, go figure....

Carmel recieved there new Pierce pumper this past week. I dont have any details on it as of yet. I will update this as well as get some pictures for all. I know that it is yellow...yuck..lol Good Luck with it ...........

Brewster Command 11-1-1 on location confirming a Major Gas Main break, requests 2 Engines, EMS, and County Fire Police to the Scene. Brewster Operating with 11-1-1, 11-2-2, 11-2-5, 11-7-1,11-6-2,11-6-3,22-8-1 NYSEG also on location attempting to cap leak. All buildings in the area have been evacuated. Engine companies are providing a water curtain protection as NYSEG crews attempt to contain leak. Carmel FD requested to go on standby with an Engine at Brewster Fire HQ.

Putnam Medic 4, NYSP Frequencies: 46.380, 46.440 Writer: nicholas994 Putnam Lake FD(23-1-1, 23-1-2, 23-2-5, 23-4-1, 23-2-1, 23-2-3, 23-6-1) was dispatched for a report of a smoke condition in the area, upon arrival 23-1-1, and 23-1-2 found a heavily involved private dwelling. IC 23 requested a tanker from Patterson ( 22-4-2) and Rescue from Brewster ( 11-6-1) to the scene, and Engine from Patterson ( 22-2-3) to stand by in Putnam Lake. Also requested NYSEG, as wires from house down across road, PLFD EMS 23-7-1 and Medic 4 to stand by. County Fire. Invest. also requested. Dwelling was unoccupied at the time of fire.

Date: 6-3-05 Time: 0050hrs Location: Front Row Sports Bar On Route 6 City/County: Mahopac, NY Agencies: MFD, CPD, PCSO, Putnam Medic 3 Frequencies: 46.380, 46.440, 154.025, 153.912 Writer: nicholas994 Mahopac FD EMS and Putnam Medic 3 dispatched to a confirmed person shot at the Front Row Sports Bar on Route 6. PD on scene reporting serious injuries. CPD and PCSO are looking for a White Dodge Neon NY Plate CRF-4072, heading West on Route 6 as a suspect vehicle. CPD and PCSO have vehicle stopped after short pursuit, they have 2 female suspects in custody, and weapon used recovered at the scene.

They havent been using that for awhile now.

Well I took a bunch of pictures of there new truck, and sent them in to be posted, the countdown is on...lol Anyways there truck is a 2005 Pierce. and will be numbered 12-2-1, and will be there front line attack pumper. It is actually a nice looking truck despite being yellow. Some of the features: 2000gpm pump 750 gallon tank 15kw generator Hydraulic Ladder Rack TFT Hurricane 1250gpm remote control turrett ( real nice ) dont get into a water fight with them with this truck.... Thanks to Chief Earle ( 12-1-3 ) and Ex-Chief Efferen ( 12-stir-the-pot-1 ) for allowing me to take the pictures and being so hospitable...

I know of Pats Hubba Hubba on Main Street in Port Chester. I dont know if this is the same place your talking about. But there was some serious chilli served there, havent been there in years.

EMS week, whats that????? Didnt hear a word about it in Putnam County.Once again the bastard children we are doing most of the calls, with no recognition. NOT that I am looking for any. But you would think there would of been some mention about it....

plain english seems to be working just fine on putnam 911...
